Hi Jimmy, I must admit that I have found dealing with The Portables (you & Chris van Toen), a thoroughly professional experience with a real "can do" attitude and approach. I did want to mention my booth design selection was helped considerably by our tour of your facilities and show room. I feel that the design process (for me) was half way home with the selection of both "Reflections" and the "Original 8" systems. A combination I hadn't even conceived of - prior to my visit.

I have worked with a lot of graphics design people in my 20+ years in investor relations for numerous public companies and I would like to say that Chris was able to translate my concepts and vision wonderfully in a few short emails and phone calls. The end product is excellent and the process has seemed almost effortless (which I know is the real trademark of a pros).

Hello Meghan...You went to a lot of trouble for us, right from the time we brought the other displays in. I have nothing but good to say about The Portables, and your service in particular, Meghan. You were welcoming, you took time for me, made me feel important and listened to my concerns. Then you went further than I ever expected, not only fixing the problem, but seeing reason to provide a brand new product for us. The displays arrived in our hotel before we did, and were brought up to our room. They were in good condition, and work well. The old ones tended to lean so far forward, and I never understood why. These stand straight up. The springs don't pull quite as hard, and it is so easy to set them up. They look great, and they describe our product well.

Being that I am not familiar with Richmond, the staff in your office gave their time to help me find a route that would take me back home.

Thank you for everything. We have considered adding one or two more displays to our collection in the next couple years or so, and when we do, we will bring our business to you.
